Secret Shopping - The State of Nevada

If you live in the state of Nevada, and you have submitted applications for secret shopping, and can not find any available work on anyone’s site…here’s why. The state of Nevada is unique. For the state of Nevada, shoppers MUST be employed, not contracted, under a private investigaor's license, and the secret shopping companies are restricted from advertising shops and for shoppers for this state. This is just a guess….but you think it has something to do with protecting the gaming industry? Hmmmm.

This does not mean there is no work in the state for shoppers. In fact, on the contrary. Because of the restrictions, I believe there are stacks of cash to be made in Nevada. Unfortunately , I too am limited on providing further information about this dilemma, and the best I can suggest is to try inquiring with secret shopping companies directly for further info.
